1040.09 RECORD OF APPLICATIONS AND PERMITS; DISPOSITION OF MONEYS.

The Manager shall keep a record of all applications received and permits issued and shall give receipts for all moneys received for this purpose, which moneys shall be placed in the hands of the Director of Finance and credited to the General Fund for the maintenance of sanitary sewers.
