Applications for licenses required by Section 1040.03 shall be made on blank forms furnished by the City and such licenses shall be in effect for two years. All applications shall be accompanied with a fee of two dollars ($2.00) and all moneys received from this source shall be deposited with the Director of Finance and credited to the General Fund for the maintenance of sanitary sewers.
