1030.05 DISTANCE FROM STREET CORNERS AND FIREPLUGS.

(a) No new street trees shall be planted closer than 20 feet from any street corner, measured from the point of the nearest intersecting curbs or curblines.

(b) No new street trees shall be planted closer than ten feet from any fireplug.
