For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) "Street trees" means trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation on land lying between property lines on either side of all streets or other public ways within the City.
(b) "Tree lawn" means that space between the street curb and the sidewalk.
