(a) The application for a sidewalk or driveway construction permit shall contain a statement showing the location of the proposed sidewalk or driveway and the name and address of the owner of the abutting premises. Separate permits must be obtained for each piece of property involved.
(b) The permit fee shall be two dollars ($2.00).
(c) The permit shall authorize the necessary and reasonable use of sidewalk or street space for the deposit of material needed for construction or repair work, subject to any rules or regulations governing the temporary deposit of material.
