844.11 REVOCATION OF OPERATOR'S LICENSE.

Whenever a licensee violates a provision of this chapter, or any rule, regulation or lawful order of the Manager, or, for a period of sixty days, fails to make a reasonable or consistent effort to operate any taxicab, the Manager shall have the authority either to suspend or revoke his or her license.
