844.02 OPERATOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall operate a taxicab without first obtaining a license therefor and paying a fee therefor of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each taxicab employed in the business. Licenses shall be issued annually.
