820.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, the Manager may suspend the permit of any violator for a period not to exceed one year.
