Any junk that is maintained upon private premises in such quantities as to create a fire hazard, or that is so displayed as to be unsightly, or that is of such nature as to create a nuisance, or that is a potential breeding place of mosquitoes, must be disposed of on receipt of a ten-day notice, unless it is shown to the satisfaction of the Manager or his authorized representative that certain conditions can be and are properly corrected.
Unusable and worn out automobiles or other vehicles or machinery, such as wrecked airplanes, tractors and all other kinds of mechanical devices, must be disposed of, unless they are kept in garages or otherwise reasonably screened from public view, and must be placed in such condition that they will not become a nuisance by providing a breeding place for mosquitoes.
These violations shall be taken care of an receipt of a ten-day notice.
