820.10 ENCLOSED YARD OR BUILDING.

Junk automobiles or automobiles to be junked must be kept in an enclosed yard or building. No junk yard or auto repair shop shall be operated in conjunction with any auto sales lot, unless the junk or auto repair shop is in an enclosed building approved by the Manager.
