All junk machinery, automobiles, trucks, wagons, carts, wrecked airplanes, tractors or other kinds of vehicles, conveyances, machinery or devices shall be dismantled and the salvageable parts removed. All parts not salvageable shall be dismantled, cut up or reduced by other methods to strips or pieces and such nonsalvageable material shall be burned or destroyed by fire or buried or placed outside the City limits. The dismantling, destruction by fire, burial or placing outside the City limits shall be accomplished within thirty days from the time of entrance of the material into the junk yard or place of business.
