808.05 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.

The permit provided for in this chapter may be revoked at any time by the Manager upon satisfactory proof that a violation of any State law or ordinance of the City is permitted to take place on the premises where the billiard or pool room is operated or the game of pool or billiards is permitted.
