Any person, after obtaining the permit and complying with the other provisions of Section 808.01, shall be permitted to keep open the billiard or pool room or public place where the game of billiards or pool is being played during any hour of any weekday. How ever, no billiard or pool room shall be open or remain open nor shall any permits issued allow any billiard or pool room to open or remain open on Sunday.
