The following fines for parking infractions are hereby established:
(a) If paid to the municipality through the Bureau within 72 hours of the time the parking ticket was attached to the vehicle, the fine shall be ten dollars ($10.00).
(b) If paid to the municipality through the Bureau within 30 days of the time the parking ticket was attached to the vehicle, the fine shall be twenty dollars ($20.00).
(c) Whoever violates the provisions of this chapter and fails to make the payment of the fine within either of the periods provided above in divisions (a) or (b) of this section, the fine shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
(d) Whoever violates the provisions of R.C. § 4511.69, shall be fined two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), together with all other penalty provisions as set forth in R.C. § 4511.69, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
