For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) "Bureau" means the City Parking Violations Bureau.
(b) "Court" or "Municipal Court" means the Columbiana County Municipal Court.
(c) "Local authority" means every County, Municipal corporation, township, or other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations pursuant to the Constitution and laws of this State.
(d) "Parking infraction" means a violation of Chapters 452 or 456 of the Codified Ordinances.
(e) "Vehicle" has the same meaning as in Section 402.52 of the Codified Ordinances.
