(a) Parking shall be limited to two hours from the metered area on both sides of East Main Street east to the intersection of Sumner Street.
(b) Parking shall be limited to two hours from the metered area on the south side of East Rebecca Street east to Sumner Street.
(c) Parking shall be limited to two hours or as metered on both sides of West Main Street from North Market Street west to Walnut Street.
(d) Parking shall be limited to two hours or as metered on both sides of West Clark Street from North Market Street west to Benton Alley.
(e) Parking shall be limited to 15 minutes on the east side of Thomas Street from Park Avenue north to the property of the W.S. George Pottery Company between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Parking shall be limited to two hours on the west side of Thomas Street from Park Avenue north to the property of the W. S. George Pottery Company from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

(f) Parking shall be prohibited between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and to 9:00 a.m. and between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, while school is in session, upon that portion of East Street between the intersection of West North Avenue on the south and the intersection of West Grant Street, on the north, except for school buses and except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, in compliance with the directions of a police officer or to allow school children ingress and egress to a vehicle.

(g) Parking shall be limited to four vehicles on the west side of James Street, between the intersection of James Street and Taggart Street, and the intersection of James Street and the Conrail tracks, not to extend more than 134 feet from the southernmost rail of Conrail, with the southernmost parking space designated as handicapped parking only, and limited to one hour.
