(a) No vehicle shall be parked at any time on any of the following street areas:
Alice Street on the south side;
Benton Alley on the east side from Taggart Street to Meadow Lane;
Brookdale Avenue on either side;
East Clark Street on the north side from Market Street to Sebring Street;
East Main Street on the south side from Anna Street to Pleasant Drive;
East Martin Street on the south side;
East North Avenue on the north side;
East Rebecca Street on the north side from North Market Street to Sumner Street;
Garfield Avenue on the north side from Market Street to Liberty Street;
James Street on the east side from Taggart Street to Clark Street;
Kossuth Alley on the east side from Taggart Street to Washington Alley;
Leake Street on the north side;
Lincoln Avenue on the north side west to Walnut Street;
Lincoln Avenue on the south side west of Walnut Street;
Meadow Lane on the north and south side from Market Street to Sumner Street;
Meadow Lane on the north side from Market Street to Walnut Street;
Moore Lane on either side;
North Market Street on both sides between Taggart Street and the Pennsylvania Railroad;
North Market Street on the east side from Clark Street to the north corporation line;
North Market Street on the west side from Davis Alley to the north corporation line;
Park Avenue on the south side from Koch Street to Brookdale Avenue;
Park Drive on either side from Main Street to the entrance of the City Park;
South Market Street on the east side from Garfield Avenue to the south corporation line;
South Market Street on the west side from Wood Street to the south corporation line;
South Walnut Street on the west side from West Main Street to Lincoln Avenue;
Spaite Drive on either side for 100 feet west of the Spaite Drive Bridge;
Sumner Street on either side from East Main Street to East Rebecca Street;
Sumner Street on the west side from East Rebecca Street to East Taggart Street;
Thomas Street between West High Street and West Grant Street, on school days, from one-half hour before commencement of the school day to one half hour after commencement of the school day, and from one-half hour before the end of the school day to one-half hour after the end of the school day;
Thomas Street on either side from West North Avenue to Grant Street;
Valley Street on the east side;
Vine Street on the west side from West North Avenue to Grant Street;
Walnut Street on the east side from Clark Street to West North Avenue;
Walnut Street on the east side from West Taggart Street to Leake Street, except for that section of Walnut Street on the east side from West Main Street to Lincoln Avenue, upon which the parking of vehicles shall be permitted;
Walnut Street on the west side from West Main Street to Lincoln Avenue between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.;
Washington Alley on the south side from Kossuth Alley to Benton Alley;
West Clark Street on the south side;
West Grant Street on either side from Vine Street to Sugarcamp Drive;
West Grant Street on the north side from Thomas Street to Vine Street between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.;
West Grant Street on the south side from Market Street to Thomas Street;
West Main Street on either side from the intersection of West Martin Street to Brookdale Avenue;
West Main Street on the south side from Brookdale Avenue to South Walnut Street;
West Martin Street on the south side from Eaton Drive to West Main Street;
West Martin Street on the south side, from Market Street to Eaton Drive;
West North Avenue on the north side from Market Street to Valley Street;
West Rebecca Street on the north side from Market Street to Koch Street;
West Street on either side from West Main Street to West Clark Street, then on the west side from West Clark Street to West Martin Street;
West Street on the west side from Clark Street to Martin Street;
West Taggart Street on either side from Walnut Street to East Street;
Wood Street on the south side from Market Street to Liberty Street.
No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or a traffic control device on the west side of James St. between the intersection of James St. and Clark St. on the north and the intersection of Alice St. and James St. on the south.
(b) The parking restrictions set forth above shall not apply in street areas near or adjacent to churches during church related activities.
