452.12 SELLING OR REPAIRING VEHICLE ON HIGHWAY.

No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal reason of displaying such vehicle for sale, or for the purpose of washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
