The Environmental Advisory Commission shall consist of ten members as hereinafter provided. Four members shall be appointed by the Manager and six members shall be appointed by a majority vote of Council. One member of Council shall be appointed by Council to serve as a member of the Commission. The membership of the Commission should represent a cross-section of business, industrial and educational interests with emphasis on persons who have demonstrated a concern for the environment.
