Pursuant to the authority conferred and the duties imposed upon Council by Ohio R.C. 3709.05, Council hereby establishes a Board of Health for the City, to be constituted and its members appointed in accordance with Ohio R.C. 3709.05.
The members of the Board of Health shall be covered by and subject to the employee dishonesty and faithful performance of duty policy.
