CHAPTER 250 Emergency Management

EDITOR’S NOTE: Resolution 11-2005-R, passed August 9, 2005, adopted the National Incident Management System (NIMS). All departments and offices of the City of East Palestine shall utilize the Incident Management System prescribed by the Department of Homeland Security, as implemented by the State of Ohio and the Columbiana County Emergency Management Agency.
