(a) A blanket bond shall be secured to cover all named elected, classified, unclassified, full-time and part-time employees in the minimum amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) each.
(b) The following positions shall have additional bonds in the specified amounts:
(1) Municipal Manager $ 300,000
(2) Finance Director 300,000
(3) Utility Clerk 25,000
(4) Assistant Utility Clerk 25,000
(5) Administrative Assistant 25,000
(c) The Finance Director shall negotiate the bonds in these positions and amounts.
