(a) All full-time employees shall be paid an additional amount for continuous years of service with the Village, based upon the following scale:

20 7.0
(b) Completed years of service shall be based on the employee’s anniversary date of employment with the Village. The annual incremental increases for all employees shall be calculated based on the employee’s hourly rate multiplied by 2,080.
