246.14 EXAMINATION LEAVE.

Time off with pay shall be provided to Village employees who participate in any East Palestine Civil Service test given during working hours. In addition, employees who are taking other examinations that are pertinent to their employment shall likewise be compensated provided such examinations or tests are scheduled during the employee’s regularly scheduled hours of work.
