242.02 AGE REQUIREMENT FOR INITIAL APPOINTMENT.

A person who is between the ages of twenty-one and seventy, inclusive, may receive an original appointment to the Police Division, except, that a person who is otherwise qualified may be appointed as a member of the Auxiliary Police Unit at the age of nineteen or older.
