It shall be unlawful to construct or maintain or permit to remain any fence or other structure or any bushes or other plants on a corner lot within fifty feet (50') of the street line which obstructs the view, at a height of more than five feet (5') above the level of the adjacent street pavement.
Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided by Section 1-4-1 of this Code; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues or on which any such obstruction to the view is permitted to remain after notice from the Police Department, or any other official of the City, to remove the same.
