Violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall constitute a violation subject to the provisions of Section 1-4-1 of this Code and any person convicted thereof may be punished for each separate offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 90-31, 8-20-1990)
