7-1-7: PENALTIES:
Any person who violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day's violation constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 92-42, 10-5-1992)
