GENERAL AND SPECIAL ORDINANCES, 1997 - PRESENT
7-1-2: DEFINITIONS:
The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this Ordinance:
HEALTH AUTHORITY: The Health Inspector for the East Moline Health Department or duly authorized representative(s).
PERSON: Any individual, group of individuals, association, trust, partnership, corporation, or any other entity.
PROPERTY OWNER: Any individual, group of individuals, association, trust, partnership, corporation, or any other entity whose name legal title to the real estate is recorded. (Ord. 92-42, 10-5-1992)
