2-1-4: ORDERS, NOTICES:

Any person violating any order of the Board of Health or refusing to obey any such order or destroying, mutilating or concealing any notice posted by or under the authority of the Board of Health shall be subject to penalty as provided for by Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (M.C. 1962, sec. 9.104)
