The Borough expressly adopts and institutes the powers of administration and enforcement as granted by the Municipalities Planning Code, as enacted and amended. Therefore, this Chapter adopts by reference and fully recognizes all requirements and rights cited in the Municipalities Planning Code regarding timelines, courses of action, rights of landowners, and duties and functions of the entities cited herein with the following specific requirements defined. The provisions of this Chapter shall be binding upon the Borough.
