1. A developer may request an advisory conference with the Planning Commission prior to application submission. The developer shall make such request from the Zoning Officer on forms provided by the municipality at least ten days prior to the regular meeting of the Commission. Said conference and review shall not constitute acceptance of an application, whether tentative or final.
