A police officer or enforcement officer of the Borough shall be authorized to issue a warning to persons considered in violation of these regulations, said warning to allow an appropriate time not to exceed 30 calendar days for correction of the offense concerning the farm animal before enforcement by prosecution. Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provisions of this part shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000.00 plus costs and in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this part continues or each section of this part shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
