§ 23-108. Electrical Wiring.

   All electrical wiring installed or used in conjunction with any swimming pool shall be in conformity with the National Electrical Code standards, and the materials used or installed shall be as provided by the National Underwriters Laboratory.

§ 23-109. Inspection and Enforcement.

   The inspection and enforcement provisions of the said Ord. 590, the Zoning Ordinance [Chapter 27], and the said Ord. 799, adopting the BOCA Basic Building Code [Chapter 5, Part 1], shall apply to swimming pools.

§ 23-110. Permit Fee.

   The permit fee for the installation or alteration of permanent type swimming pools shall be the same as for a building of the same cost, as has already or may be established by the Council of the Borough of East McKeesport.

§ 23-111. Penalty.

   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute a separate offense.
