§ 1-801. Appointment and Designation of Contact Person.
   The Borough of East McKeesport hereby appoints and designates the Borough Secretary as the municipal contact person who shall receive all requests for public records. Any requester that is denied access to a record may file and exception directly to the Council of the Borough of East McKeesport. This exception should be in writing and addressed to the President of Council.
