Based on the application and all the circumstances, the BCO/Code Enforcement Official may issue a permit in accordance with this section. The BCO/Code Enforcement Official may place such further restrictions on the permit as he sees fit to assure compliance with the standards of this Part. Initial permit shall be valid for no longer than 30 days at no cost. Permits may be renewed for a fee of $30.00 for an additional 30 days by filing an application with the BCO/Code Enforcement Official. The Borough Council may change this fee from time to time at its sole discretion by simple resolution of the Council.
