§ 18-802. Establishments that are Required to have Installed an Oil/Grease Interceptor.
   The following establishments are required to have installed an oil/grease interceptor:
      A.   Restaurant/food preparation and service.
      B.   Automotive service (change oil/mechanical repairs).
      C.   Sale of gasoline or oil (retail and bulk).
      D.   Bakery.
      E.   Use detergents or solvents to clean mechanical equipment.
      F.   Use grease of lubricants for mechanical parts.
      G.   Commercial laundry.
      H.   Any establishment involved with the preparation of food made for human and/or animal consumption.
