§ 1-404. Engineering and Legal Advisors.

The engineer for the Borough of East McKeesport or an engineer appointed by the Borough shall serve as the Planning Committee's Engineering Advisor. The Solicitor for the Borough of East McKeesport, or an attorney appointed by the Borough's Council, shall serve as the Planning Committee's Legal Advisor.
