§ 16-105. Recreation Areas for Use by Residents.
   The parks of the Borough of East McKeesport shall be for the use of residents of the Borough. Any resident shall be allowed to bring no more than two nonresidents to any park for the use of park facilities. The nonresidents must be accompanied by the resident, otherwise they shall be prohibited from using the parks.
