The use of all parks shall be on a first come, first serve basis for residents of the Borough of East McKeesport unless otherwise reserved:
A. By annual permission granted by Council for the scheduling of various organized league games.
B. For school or college athletic games, practice, contests or exhibitions.
C. For regularly scheduled Borough recreation programs. [Ord. 899]
D. By permission granted by Council for specific requested use.
