§ 1-401. Establishment; Appointments.
   The Borough of East McKeesport Planning Committee shall be established, consisting of four members of Council and one resident appointed by the Borough Council President. All such appointments shall be approved by the Borough Council by majority vote and any member of Council may be a member of the Borough of East McKeesport Planning Committee, including the Borough Council President.
