1. The following roads and streets within the Borough of East McKeesport are designated as special snowmobile roads:

2. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile on any highway, street or road in the Borough of East McKeesport other than as provided above. Provided, nothing in this Section shall prohibit any person from operating a snowmobile on any other street in the Borough of East McKeesport:
A. As authorized by § 7721 of the Vehicle Code for emergency and bridge crossings and for direct crossing of streets or two-lane highways; or,
B. For special snowmobile events where authorized in advance and the street is blocked off as provided in § 7723 of the Vehicle Code. Any person who violates any provision of this Section shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in § 7752(a) of the Vehicle Code.
