§ 33.15 VOTING DISTRICTS.
   (A)   The town is divided into three voting districts.
   (B)   The first voting district comprises all the area lying northwest of U.S. Route I-95 (the Connecticut Turnpike).
   (C)   The second voting district comprises:
      (1)   All the area lying southeast of U.S. Route I-95 and east and southeast of the following line: commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Route 161 with the southeasterly line of U.S. Route I-95, thence run southerly along the centerline of Route 161 to the centerline of East Pattagansett Road, thence run southerly along the centerline of East Pattagansett Road to the centerline of Black Point Road, thence run southerly, southwesterly and southerly along the centerline of Black Point Road to its intersection with the railroad; thence run westerly along the railroad to its intersection with the easterly shore of the Pattagansett River; thence run generally southerly along the easterly shore of the Pattagansett River to the most southerly point of Old Black Point.
      (2)   All properties having street numbers assigned by the town on:
         (a)   The portion of Route 161 lying south of U.S. Route I-95;
         (b)   East Pattagansett Road;
         (c)   Black Point Road to its intersection with the railroad;
         (d)   Brook Road;
         (e)   Faulkner Drive; and
         (f)   McElaney Drive.
      (3)   The property on which is located Niantic Center School.
   (D)   The third voting district comprises all the area not included in the first or second voting districts.
