(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person violating any provision of the restrictions imposed by the Board of Selectmen in § 52.03 shall be fined not more than $99. In the case of a continuing violation, each day’s continuance thereof shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense.
(2) If there has been a violation of any provision of the restrictions imposed by the Board of Selectmen by the same person on three separate occasions, the Superintendent of Utilities may, after such notice and hearing as may be required by the State Department of Public Utilities for termination of service to such person, enforce such restrictions by reducing or discontinuing the supply of water to the residence or business owned or occupied by such person.
