(a) A committee is hereby appointed which shall be known as the “Community Beautification and Clean-Up Committee” and which will consist of fifteen persons nominated and appointed by the Community Expansion Committee of City Council to serve a term of two years.
(b) The committee shall meet as soon as practicable after its appointment in order to name it’s officers and to prepare it’s mission statement and by-laws and to otherwise make the community aware of it’s role.
