1515.11 APPEALS.

Any person aggrieved by an order of the Fire Chief, or whenever the Fire Chief fails to approve a Vacant Building Plan as required in Section 1515.07 of this Chapter, the person may file an appeal with the East Liverpool Board of Housing Appeals in the manner and within the time limitations provided for in Section 1501.08 of the East Liverpool Fire Code. The decision of the East Liverpool Housing Board of Appeals shall be final.
