Any decision or interpretation by a Fire official under the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code, within ten days of the date of decision, action or order may be appealed by any aggrieved party to the Board of Housing Appeals, according to the provisions contained in Chapter 1339 of the Codified Ordinances.
