There is hereby created the position of Department of Planning and Development Clerk who shall be appointed by the Director of the Department of Planning and Development. The Clerk shall perform such clerical and secretarial duties as are assigned by the Director, including but not limited to typing, filing, telephonic communications and bookkeeping duties related to such federal programs as the Department may become involved with.
