143.04 FIELD INSPECTOR.

(a) Appointment. There is hereby created the position of Field Inspector, who shall be appointed by the Director of the Department of Planning and Development, subject to the approval of Council.

(b) Duties. The Field Inspector shall perform such duties as are assigned by the Physical Development Officer.
