1320.99 PENALTY.

Any person who fails to comply with the notification and/or fee requirements of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall not be fined more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). Each day during which noncompliance continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 38-2015. Passed 8-3-15.)
